Project Engineer

A Pharma company is looking for a Project Engineer – part project manager – part technical writer to join their team.

About the Role

Oversee documentation execution for medical device software design history file
Develop a strong understanding of the interconnected relationship between design documents, service documents, etc.
Contribute to writing design documentation
Contribute to building, maintaining, and communicating project schedules
Work with internal groups to ensure timely project completion
Continually Update project plan, communicate updates, and provide status updates
Build productive working relationships with engineering teams & quality assurance teams
Work with multiple stakeholders to create and maintain comprehensive documentation
Willingness to learn company policies and how they relate to international standards
Work with team to develop/improve, implement and maintain documentation management procedures
Look for creative solutions that increase efficiencies while ensuring we are compliant to quality processes
Work with team to deliver project deliverables within set deadlines
Manage communication with project teams
