When you think about a technology company, a bank isn’t usually first thing that comes to mind. In fact, many of us might look at a bank and see an old school institution with an archaic infrastructure. Even online banking – which has come a long way – often times still has a lot to be desired.
Enter First National – a bank that gets it. The company not only understands the importance of a strong technology presence but actively ensure that everyone who touches the organization, consumers and employees alike, benefits from the tech solutions the implement.
First National needed a way to ensure that their brokers had a comprehensive tool that allowed them to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients. Essentially, they needed an online sales tool that was easy to customize, provided valuable information and allowed them to communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
Working with First National, we outlined the ideal solution that met the needs of both the bank’s administration and brokers. We developed a CMS driven website that acted as a commercial sales tool for brokers.
Each broker was able to quickly and easily customize their personal profile through an online portal including photos, contact information, social media channels and other relevant information.
Upon launching First National’s brokers immediately saw the benefit to the tool, allowing them to consistently provide their prospects with the information needed. From the perspective of the bank we were able to reduced strain on their internal administration, who were also able to access and update the site, guaranteeing accuracy in product information and overall messaging.
