Full Stack Engineer

WHO YOU ARE:

• An experienced developer and/or technical leader with the capability of taking a product from concept to full implementation and production deployment
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean product development and devops best practices
• Open to talking to users and understanding customer problems and coming up with innovative solutions
• Experience with scaling enterprise grade systems for reliability and supportability
• Desire to be a technical leader in the formation of a fast growing web3 startup
• Enjoy mentoring other developers and raising the bar of development standards and productivity
• Willing to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skillset of Web3 technologies

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 4+ years in professional software development front end and back end.
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Software/Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, or comparable relevant experience
• Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing and deploying testable, measurable and scalable systems to end users
• Experience in developing React frontends and comfortable with SQL.
• Solid software design knowledge – you should know how to create software that is extensible, reusable and meets desired architectural objectives
• Solid practitioner of the Agile/Scrum development process, ideally with test-driven development, DevOps and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD)

PREFERRED (OPTIONAL) SKILLS:

• Experience with AWS, GCP
• Experience with Solidity, smart contract development, and distributed file storage solutions
• Experience with Postgres
• Experience with Python and Django
• Experience with Cypress testing, scripting and test automation
• Experience with two sided marketplace development
