Cookson James Loyalty provides evidence-based health behaviour change solutions to companies to drive positive health behavior changes in their employees. Their flagship application, BestLifeRewarded required a re-design and review of the User Experience and Workflow. Cookson James Loyalty engaged Hardboot to help assess and review the current Information Architecture and User Experience and revise the process to ensure a smooth flow and user experience through the application. Hardboot also worked with Cookson James Loyalty to re-design the front end of the website to refresh and modernize the appearance.
Cookson James Loyalty also wanted to provide a more dynamic Reporting Dashboard for clients. Hardboot worked with Cookson James Loyalty and Partners to create the new Dashboard UX and design.
